The Funsize Heroes Team Teen Programme is back for Summer 2026! Designed for teens aged 12 to 14, our exciting Team Teen programme offers an unforgettable summer experience with friends. This year, we’re raising the bar with even more thrilling outings, including a special two-day adventure in Gozo where teams will enjoy a sleepover on our beautiful sister island.

Our programme includes three action-packed days each week (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays), with outdoor sessions and outings making this a unique experience. This includes the Gozo sleepover, as part of the 3-day package. Plus, we’ve got you covered with transport to and from all activity locations. Join us for an unforgettable summer filled with adventure, friendship, and memories!

Hero Activities Team Teen 2025

FUNSIZE HEROES - activity covers_SUMMER2023

Paddleboarding on a SUP is the coolest sport this summer. It is perfect for flying solo or teaming up with friends for some serious team-building fun. Teens will freshen up in our wonderful sea while learning to balance on their boards, race each other, and cheer teammates on. Along the way they’ll discover that the best kind of fun mixes excitement with discipline and a real respect for others on the water.

2T_Padel

Padel is ideal for teens. It is super easy to pick up, so you’re playing matches and having fun from day one. The smaller court keeps the action constant, teaching quick reflexes. It’s a great way to get fit, sharpen coordination, and build friendships while enjoying friendly rivalry and clever rallies that never get boring.

3T_Boxing

Boxing is a great skill for teens as in today’s world it’s smart for young people to know basic self-defense while building fitness and confidence. Beyond learning how to protect themselves, boxing sharpens concentration, coordination, and discipline through focused drills and footwork. All sessions take place in a safe, controlled environment with professional coaches who prioritise proper technique, protective gear, and step-by-step progression so teens learn responsibly and
confidently.

4T_Obstacle

Get ready for challenging sessions at The Jungle Box, Mriehel. An action-packed activity blending
fun team challenges, obstacle adventures and fitness games, delivered by fitness coaches.

FUNSIZE HEROES - activity covers_SUMMER2023

Most of us already have a powerful camera in our pocket – our smartphone – it’s time to unlock a new skill-set! Mobile photography is beginner-friendly and encourages creativity by design. With a willingness to experiment, our Teens will learn to understand their smartphone camera, master composition, appreciate lighting, and grasp the basic principles of photography.

FUNSIZE HEROES - activity covers_SUMMER2023

This activity will begin with a one-hour self-care and skincare session, where participants will learn the importance of looking after their skin and overall wellbeing. During this time, there will be a demonstration of natural makeup, along with clear explanations of the different products used and their purposes, helping participants understand how and why each product is applied. The second hour will focus on hands-on practice, where participants will work in pairs and apply what they have learned by practicing on each other, allowing approximately 30 minutes per person to build confidence and develop their practical skills. These sessions are optional and may be substituted with Fishing.

8T_Outing

Outings are all about breaking routine and having a blast together. Our 360 experience mixes everything: art projects, swimming, go-karting, and coordination challenges that push skills and spark laughs. We’ll discover new places, try different activities, and cheer each other on, turning each day out into a fun adventure where teens build confidence, make memories, and enjoy time away from the usual. 7 different outings are already prepared.

7T_Fishing

Fishing is a perfect escape for teens. It is relaxing, a break from screens and stress and the quiet of the water invites you to notice the beauty of the sea surrounding around beautiful island. Fishing sparks curiosity about different fish species in a hands-on way turning each catch into a small lesson in biology and a reason to explore new spots and techniques with friends. Our teens will turn patience into an adventure learning to wait, atch, and celebrate tiny wins with every tug on the line. These sessions are optional and may be substituted with Beauty and Self-Care Rituals.

FUNSIZE HEROES - activity covers_SUMMER2023

Last Summer was a blast and we had to do this again! A sleepover brings teens together to strengthen old friendships and make new ones. It is packed with laughter, late-night chats and shared memories. We’ll explore fun Gozo spots like Rabat, Dwejra, and Xwejni, hop on boat rides to cruise the sea caves and visit the Marine centre for up-close ocean discoveries. It’s a perfect mix of adventure and downtime that helps teens bond, try new things, and leave with stories they’ll be talking about for years.

Transport fees cover full Summer term

Transport Details and Terms

• Fees are to be paid directly to the transport operator. 30% non-refundable deposit by end May 2026 and 70% before the start of the Summer Club.

• Transport fees and are not included in the Summer Club fee.

• While it is possible to give us a different pick-up and drop off address, it is important that these addresses remain consistent.

• Transport is not available for Early drop-off extra session starting at 7:30am

• Transport is also available for late sessions finishing at 2pm.

• Good behaviour will be expected from everyone using the transport service. If bad behaviour is not corrected, transport subscription may be cancelled to ensure the safety of other children.

• Pick ups in the morning may start from 7am for long routes. Trips may take 60 to 90min.
